    Cost of leasing rooms

    Helllo All

I am doing some research as to renting a room in a medical centre and working out of it.

With the centre providing the equipment, reception, billing etc etc what do you see as a fair rate? I have found some centres take 30% of income

also, if if were not via a percentage and rates were daily what is an average price of daily rent for a room?

    any help would be great

    thanks

    johnny

30% for an all in deal sounds pretty good, especially as there's no risk or outlay to you.
