Reducing patient no-shows

Hi everyone,

I was wondering how many of you physiotherapists currently use SMS appointment reminders for your patients to reduce no-shows.
I have recently launched http://www.AppointmentSMS.com, and online SMS reminder service for patients, and am gathering some statistics on current practices in physiotherapy.
