    2x Passport Photos 2x Proof of Address HPC/AODP/RPSGB Qualification Certificate Occupational Health Documents

    Occupational health documents include: Proof of immunity to Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TB/Mantoux.
    Also you will need to complete a CRB form through Reed Healthcare that costs £36.00 - you will receive the payment back for this after you have worked through Reed for one week.

    Hi everybody!

    This short thread just to say you to not apply with Reed Health if you want to work as a Physio in UK. I can say it because I have had a very bad experience with that agency, in two different branch! I found all the agents not professional neither serious at all, they did a big mess with my registration form and even now that i was thinking to be full compliant with their standard they have asked me to register one more time because i m not fully registered yet (maybe they lost my application).
    Anyway this is just a tip for you.
