Hi

Im currently on clinical placement. My patient suffers from muscles spasms around bra line on right hand side. Positive pain reproduction on PAIVMS around the T9/10 and referred pain (found on palpation) lateral towards intercostals (inline with bra strap). Aggs -Prolonged sitting, cold weather. Eases - Heat, Painkillers. Long standing pain, so far has had Botox injections which are hit and miss for release. They have responded well to grade III PAIVMS on T9-10 - T-10-11 (Subjective marker left rotation in sitting VAS from 8 down to 4) and can tollerate TP release at the intercostal (Very active TP between T9-10). My initial thoughts for rehab were spinal stability, multifidis etc and posture education. Is there anything specific for the Thoracic that I can also look at?.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated

Karen
