walking into a ward to get a patient and finding him sprawled on the floor having fallen and not knowing what to do first - get help or check him out??

Glad Im not the only one suffereing this coursework! Just written an essay on it - abusive patients that dont want to be treated by students/patient that refused to get out of bed and do anything while in intensive rehab unit...
