Hi nikhilkasar
I don't know anything about the university or its standing and I live on the other side of the world.. But as an academic I thought I would say something as you haven't got a reply yet.
I think you need to really evaluate the quality of the course. As this is an advanced degree it is really important to know something about the educators, their research interests and research outputs. I had a quick look at the website. They may offer perfectly good educational programmes but there really is nothing on the site about the neurology lecturers and tutors or their research - to me that is concerning. there should be a profile on each of the lecturers. Universities normally show case their staff to show prospective students what their interests are. Even if the Masters degree is all course work you should align yourself with academics who can offer something unique. Your educators should be leaders in neurological physiotherapy. On a more positive note I noticed they are doing research into using virtual reality assistive technology for home rehab for stroke - and they do seem to be collaborating with some high quality universities.
As for using the course to gain access to working in Canada - you should really check with registration authorities in Canada to see what they would accept and what they wouldn't. One thing to be aware of is if your base qualification is considered unacceptable, gaining an advanced degree in one area may not get you in as you haven't progressed your education in basic entry-level physiotherapy.
Hope this is of help and all the best with your future studies - you are choosing a great area to advance in.
