I am a physio myself, and had been sufferring from ITB pain for over 3 years. I had tried everything...I then had the operation done as a last resort - on both my ITB's- after I couldn't walk 200m without pain. After the operatio I developed popliteus tendinitis as result of instability at my knee joints. However, my ITB pain has returned. I am training for triathlon but this ITB is making it almost impossible. Any advice???? I have literally probably tried everything. Please give me a recipe for success???
