Time and time again, wrist pain from repetitive activities such as typing is a major complaint, however, what about athletes such as tennis players and rock climbers. Being relatively new to the sport of rock climbing, finding new or more effective ways to strengthen and stretch the UE tissues has become challenging. The current self-care has been stretching the wrist flexors and extensors, warming up the entire body prior to climbs, and taping esp. at the wrists.
How else can I prevent injury in order to continue climbing? Any suggestions.
