    Wrist brace

Can anyone recommend the use of a wrist brace for gradual return to sport for a tennis player who has pain on combined ulnar deviation and wrist extension? Anyone have any experience of any brands/types of wrist braces in particular?

    Re: Wrist brace

    Taping
    Hi,

That's a tough one - UD + E is required for a forehand topspin shot at impact!

What i usually do is ring my suppliers and ask for suggestions - they often know what works and doesn't - if they don't they go off and find out for me!

    Good luck!
