    Smile Sports Injury

I've been playing frisbee for the past years and had injuries but not like the one I have now. I injured my right knee during the game. I can't walk for too long, the scanned image of my knee does not indicate any problem so I'm wondering what's causing the pain. Perhaps you can mention a website where I can get help online or a free initial consultation over the phone. I would be very thankful to those who will take time on replying to this thread.

    Re: Sports Injury

Hi Jonathan. We almost have the same problem. I'm currently having hydrotherapy but not sure if this would work to you as it worked for me. I noticed that you are from Australia. I can recommend you sports med. This is where I am having my therapy. The staff are keen on helping and are very patient in taking care of your injury. This is their website: Sports Medicine & Sporting Injuries Treatment - SPORTSMED·SA. Hope this help.

Hi Jessica. What did the doctor tell you about your injury? Was your recuperation hastened due to hydrotherapy? Thanks for the website. I'll take a look at it. Hope you'll heal soon.

    Re: Sports Injury

At first the healing felt like years, I felt that the development was slow but looking back now I can see how much I have improved. It was really not slow for I can see development day by day and now I can walk slowly but without the stabbing pain.
