    Ideas for further research

    Hi,

Im doing a MSc in MSk physio and I have my project proposal due in three weeks. Im finding it difficult to find an interesting topic. Topics I find interesting are prehab, lower limb pathology, biomechanics, hip mobilisations and function. I would appreciate any ideas anyone has in areas where further research is needed

    Taping
How about the effect of deep squatting exercises using a pilates reformer on the level of hip pain, knee pain or low back pain in people with the same. Perhaps compare it alone to it with lumbar mobilisation or other additional techniques. I think you might find that the hip ROM is a key to achieving some good results.
