Injection therapy who's doing joint and soft tissue injections overseas?

I'm an advanced practitioner physio in UK NHS and also am a lecturer in physio/Injection therapy. i wondered if anyone is injecting overseas? can physios inject (steroid or botulinum toxin) in other European countries or canada/ Asia/ NZ/ AUs etc?something physios are wanting to train in so they can offer more for their patients? Doing some research in this area so would be glad of any insight or info in is area.
