Hello All - Newby here. I am a health and physical education teacher, coach, and tennis professional. I have a problem with repetitive lower leg strains. They sometimes occur in the calf/soleus area but also occur in the lower transition area above the achilles tendon. These strains happen often when I increase the volume of my training for national competitions. I make use of a foam roller and do specific warmup and flexibility exercises. I use the gym daily with a combination or strength, endurance, and power activities. These strains will randomly occur after 30-45 minutes of skill related warmup on the court. I have seen the physio numerous times over the last 10 years for treatment. Any ideas you have will be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
