gain full registration without examinations??

I wonder if any one could help. I am looking into appling to work over in Australia as a Physiotherapist. My Dad lives there as a NZ citizen so I can go over on a nz citizen family relationship visa subclass 461 but Im struggling to find out the best way convert my degree. I qualified as a physio last year in england and I am looking into the option of gaining full registeration without examination.

Has anyone taken this option and what was the process you took?
