Am I eligible for super under a "Locum" work setting

Hi all.

Currently employed at a private Practice but I have finished my tax for the year and my accountant has mentioned he believes I am eligible to be paid super from the practice I work at.

If anybody is employed under a Locum agreement, are you able to confirm this? I enjoy where I work so don't want to go in and have the conversation without fact checking first and I cannot find anything helpful searching on ATO website.
