In my work for the Alberta Society for Qualified International Physiotherapists I have found time and again that the "Labour Market Opinion" is the stumbling block.
As those of you may know that are planning to come to Canada, the LMO allows a Canadian employer to bring a Qualified International Physiotherapist to Canada to
work. However, when I contact employers in Western Canada to see if they will go thru the process to get an LMO for a Qualified International Physiotherapist, I
don't get a strong response.

Other people's experiences? How can we help physiotherapists around this obstacle?
