    Migrating to Canada as a physiotherapist

    Hi everyone I m new here.. Kindly help me with following query
    I ve my ug degree while my wife has a pg with neurology as elective.. shud myself apply as a principal applicant or my wife who is also a physiotherapist
    Also are there any criterias which have been relaxed lately cos I ve only 6.5 band score in IELTS I m unable to get thru the credit points required. Also my wes certificate has expired.. What shud I do.
