Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy - equivalency

Advertise your physiotherapy job on Physiobob's Job
I'm considering doing the MSc Physio (pre-reg) at Queen Margarets but I'm worried about whether or not the education I recieve will be "Substantially Equivalent" by the Alliance to the Canadian standard.

Has anyone had trouble from the UK with obtaining equivalency from the Alliance?(preferably anyone from Queen Margarets)

Has anyone taken PLAR courses? I'm not too sure how they work, or where they can be taken, any info would be great. I just want to have a picture of what I can do if the education is not found to be equivalent by the Alliance.

    Thanks

Re: Canadian Alliance of Physiotherapy - equivalency

Hello is Queen Margaret in Scotland? I believe they have had the M level course for the longest time within the UK (must be confirmed)

Someone may be able to help.
