No basically, the NZ board will only take:
4yr BSc degree (Ireland and Scotland) with NO post-grad experience
3yr BSc degree AND at least 12 months post-grad experience
2yr Masters degree AND at least 12 months post-grad experience.
I've spoken with the NZ board and these are absolute musts by the sounds of it, they say don't even bother applying unless you meet these requirements as you'll end up wasting your $600 (and a LOT of time doing the competancies). It's kind of frustrating though as all 3 degree's do the same amount of clinical experience but there you go....
