Physio contractor pay issue

Hi there,
I want to ask about monthly pay issue. Do your boss get the money from ACC first then calculate how much you earn and pay to you? Or I submit the number of cases monthly to the boss then he pay me first before ACC money back to the clinic? Any buddies can share this? Thanks

Hi,
I used to work as a contractor - it all depends on your particular contract.
I submitted my claim to my "Boss" fortnightly and was paid 3 days later according to the payment in the agreement (e.g. rate per case or per hour). How your employer gets their money from ACC is their business.

That's how it was for me,
