Character Reference

Hi,

I'm new to the forum so sorry if I've posted this in the wrong place !!
I qualified as a physio nearly two years ago, and am just completing my HPC registration before my time runs out. Can anyone tell me what should go in your character reference ? I have a friend who is a RGN who is willing to complete it for me but she has no idea what should be included.
