I'm a french student in physiotherapy, and I've a work to do about physiotherapy in US.

Can you answer some questions?

• First, how can we become physiotherapist in US? Is there an entry test ?
• Then, how does the health care system work with physiotherapy?
• Patients have to pay their consultations by their own ? Or they are pay off?
• Must they have a generalist's prescription to consult a physiotherapist?
• Finally, what is approximately the salary of a physiotherapist?
• The cost of one consultation is always the same? Or it depends of the pathology?
