Any Non-US educated Physiotherapists applied or applying to Delaware?

I'm interested in applying to the state of Delaware and I was wondering if anyone else has applied/applying to the state of Delaware?

If so, how was the application process? Do they have stricter educational requirements than bigger states like NY or Michigan for example. I know that they do not require a SSN unlike most states that do.
