Work in USA

Hi all,

I'm a physical therapist in India.I want to work in USA and i m a new in this forum.
Please advise me step by step process to work in USA ( H1B Visa).

I heard that Credit evaluation ,Visa screening , NPTE exam etc...etc. but i don't know about details ..

So Every state need this process ?
Which state is good to easy process ?

Please guide me step by step process.
