To register in California, which credential evaluation agency is best?

Hi,

I am a registered physio in Australia, wanting to register and work in San Diego, CA.

I came across 4 evaluation agencies through PTBC website: IERF, FCCPT, ICA and ICD.

Does anyone recommend one over another?
