hi, does anyone know whether IGNOU courses are approved by FCCPT for covering up the lacking general credits?

I am a Physical therapist from India. Presently persuing MPH in USA. Could you please guide me about NPTE. I have applied for my credential evaluation for NEW York state. Also could u plz tell me if exam differs for diffrent states?
