Procedure for working in New York

Hello,
I have completed my masters in Sports Physiotherapy from India. I wish to work in New York After this. Please Guide me regardinig the procedure. Wat type of FCCPT certification do i need for this? how should I start my procedure. |Please guide me for the same.

license & meet the requirements.No hazzles

thanx for the reply.. actually i have asked them n they said u can apply directly and apply to FCCPT also for credential evaluation which they will send.. I want to know wheather i do need FCCPT evaluation fot ths n wat FCCPT certification do i need for this

I think you are yet to understand NYS.
1.Download the NYS application,fill it up,attach what ever is asked for
and send it to them by regd.airmail
2.The Next thing is: you need to do 'credentials verification'
CGFNS or FCCPT can be chosen
3.You may choose FCCPT for now for the credentials verification
but later on, when you need ' visa screen certificate ' which will enable you
eligible for H1B visa, FCCPT requires, general education credits, for doing
credentials evaluation(general education credits, involves subjects
what you have not studied so far)
4.But if you choose, CGFNS for doing ' credentials verification ' for NYS
later when you need, visa screen certificate,CGFNS just accepts
your Masters,and does not require ' general education credits
5.So, after NYS credential verification through CGFNS, you can
do visa screen certification with CGFNS, as they will retain the data
you submitted for NYS credentials verification
6.NYS does its own internal ' credentials evaluation ' unlike most other
US states, which delegate this job to FCCPT or CGFNS or some others
