Sports Therapy in US/Canada/Europe??

Hi,

Does anyone have any knowledge of where you can work with a UK degree in Sports Therapy?

I would like to work in a ski area but I'm having trouble finding out if this is possible.

USA or Canada would be best due to the lack of language barrier. Does sports therapy exist there or just physiotherapy? Any information would be really helpful. Information on european alpine countries would also be helpful.

From what I have seen and been told, in the US they focus more on the strengthening and conditioning side of things rather than Sports Therapy and Rehabilitation. I know that's true for the NHL (highest level of Ice Hockey) but I'm not too sure about other winter sports or in Canada.

I guess you could always contact the FIS and see if they could give you any further info.
