Hey everyone,

Im pretty certain this may have been covered in previous posts but Ive not been able to find anything.

I am a first year BSc student at a university in the UK. It is my dream to become a physical therapist in New York City and eventually to set up and run my own clinic there.
I have tried to do a little bit of research about the standards needed to acquire a license to work in NY as a physical therapist and to my knowledge, you need to have obtained a post graduate degree.

I have previously completed a degree in sports therapy BSc. Would this be considered when applying for a licence?

Also, if anyone could post any advice, guidance and steps in I need to follow in order to become eligible I would be extremely greatful.
