    resp failure1 decreased ox what sats reading from an oximeter would be regarded as pt in resp failure 1?

    Hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy allegedly may cause in death in the newborn period or result in what is later recognized as developmental delay,mental retardation or cerebral palsy.

    as per my knowledge...If Oxygen saturation <50, then its said that patient is in respiratory failure .. i would like to share any other information about respiratory failure...
