Well, there are spcifice points should be keep in mind during dealing with cardiovascular patinets first if they are in patinet or outpatinet!!
Then to be able to make differential diagnosis eg angina stable or unstable,chest pain[orthpedic or cardic] pain!!,....
....back to first reply:
if IV lines of heparin PPT ie bleeding time[30-50]seconds contraindication to conduct wit physiotherapy,
international bleeding rate [1-2] normal,[3-4],up to 7 we cannt treat above that!!!
ppt ie partial thrompopalstine time for IV line no phyisio aabove 60
if Prothopmbin orally no phsioy above 30
try to make your exs funcitonal for patinet need Oxygen at rest in particular quadricpes set and try to avoid supine ,let your patinet in siting
