    Pleural effusions (post-op) WITH/WITHOUT drainage system

    I'm a physiotherapy student in Portugal and I am interested in knowing your opinion on how to treat such cases since they are quite common in chest surgerys.

    using Positive pressure in Pleural effsion

    Hi @all
    we can use positive pressure when ther is drainage system,also we can use the positeve pressure ,when the effusion in small amount.
    I myself put the patient in drainage position (WITdrainage system) to help draine
