    There is no special prepared sheet for cardiological examination. See some good text books and make a concise examination sheet according to your needs for quick review. Here are some good suggestions of textbooks.

    Hutchison's Clinical Methods by Swash 21th edition

    Macleod's Clinical examination by Munro & Edwards 9th Edition

    Physiotherapy for respiratory and cardiac problems by Barbara A.Weber, Jennifer A.Pryor
