Hi,
I've had several surgeries that left me stir-crazy. Personally I have found that 'exercising my mind' via mediation does a lot to help you get past the first few days.
Hi, I would like advice on running I had a lateral cage infusion on my lower discs 3 and 4 three years ago this was a great improvement.
My surgeon said i would be able to go running again but his physio said that he would not advise me to. My problem is that I would normally would have ran a few marathons and ran most days. The physio said that the shock from running would travel up my back and cause more problem. Is this good advice or was he just trying to scare me?

I would get the advice from a few professionals before just believing it to be a scare tactic.
