Have you examined the various fields of therapy including Cardiovascular, Neuromusculoskeletal, Neurophysio, Amputee, etc. etc.

Have you examined research journals, or publications in this regard?

Have you started by going to the library and actually getting a book such as Brukner & Khan (2001) Clinical Sports Medicine?

Physiotherapy itself is virtually an umbrella term for any holistic, non-toxic therapies related to rehabilitation and optimizing health.
