Was wondering if anyone had heard of the "ActivePal" which has been recently developed to measure activity levels (kind of like a pedometer). Any evidence to back up this new "gadget" would be fab

Look on the PAL technologies website
Cant really find any other literature on it www.paltechnologies.com/
No studies is published yet regarding its validation in measuring the physical activity however to my knowledge one study has used activpal

there has been more studies done on activPAL. I use it both clinically and for research. I am currently validating it for neurological population.
