    sliding and gliding

    Taping
    Hey folks

    Yet another querie..........

Attempting to start some research on mobilizing the nervous system. I understand about the traditional sliding and gliding method of treatment but was wondering if anyone out there knew of some interesting ideas which could be used instead....would simply walking more be of benefit?????

    Bring on the suggestions!

    Hi,

I'm very busy with the site and have less time to travel on other ones.

I don't understand your question since all methods move nerves and change brain.

Try to get in touch with the university of Rotterdam, in early 90 ies they have done some interesting research, took them at least 5 years. This contradicted Butler on upper limb tension tests of nerves.
By the way, Somasimple: Pain is in the brain.

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
"No brain, No pain" is shorter.
