Hi,
I broke my fibula in 2 places 8 weeks ago and the cast comes off today...my consultant doesnt like to chat much and before i see a physio i would really like to know what i can expect....its a sports phsyo and i hope they can get me back playing football and running like i used to but i have no idea what to expect...what will they do, how long might it take, can i do things to help myslef?? any help appreciated.
