Just go to the Orthopedic Division of the CPA and look at their list of post-grad courses. Otherwise you might look at the North American Institute of Orthopedic Manipulative Therapy (NAIOMT). The second group is based in the US but most of the instructors are from Canada.
Lots of stuff posted and there is a clear outlined certification process to become recognised as an orthopaedic manipulative therapist.
There is also now a MSc linked to the CPA Ortho group in Ontario for manipulative PT.
