Hi Guys, Im 30 and looking to study physio next year although i havent got the relevant qualifications and points to get onto what i gather is a really competitive course. I understand ill have to study an access course to try and get onto a course next year, i was just wondering if anyone had any advice when applying how to get onto the course, any recommended universities and what the job prospects are like at the end of it? ive heard loads of stories that its really hard to get any experience or jobs as a graduate and people end up working as assistants in non physio related jobs, does anyone have any advice or info on the prospects as im doing a total career change and just a bit concerned that at 34 i really dont want to be starting all over again in something that I can hardly get a job in at the end of?? Any help would really be appreciated cheers!
