Are there any physiotherapists out there working with elite athletes that have had an amputation or two?? If so which countries are you in? It would be great to get a list of global contacts together.

I am also interested in getting more involved with elite disabled athletes and especially classification. I'm an Australian physiotherapist but am heading to the UK for a few years. Any contacts would be appreciated.

I am working as a Physiotherapist with elite athletes with spinal cord injuries and also those with amputations. Main Sports: Volleyball, Wheelchair Basketball, Athletics, Wheelchair Tennis
I am an International Classifier in Volleyball (WOVD) and a National Classifier in Athletics.
I am usually in Australia, but am travelling overseas until July 2001.
Happy to receive enquiries from Physios interested in these sports or in disability sports medicine in general.
