    patient information

    Taping
Would anybody know of a good website where we can access information about a patient's condition/ disease process that is written in language they can understand? Especially Guillian Barre information.

    re: patient information

    Must have Kinesiology Taping DVD
In the physio library (Physiobase) there is a list of special interest groups. One of these listed is the Guillian Barre Support Group for the UK. Through the site, you can visit their website or email them directly requesting information. They may have info in other languages also. Another way to get information into another language is by using the e-lingo tool which is built into the physio tools part of the library. If you fing an interesting article, you can copy and paste it into e-lingo and it will translate it into almost any language you want. It's pretty good!!
