You can also take an approach on noninvasive procedures. For instance, a client needs to have a procedure / surgery performed because of an injury. However, they refuse to take the medicine advised because of their beliefs and don't want the surgery performed. The family of the client believes the surgery should be done, but the client still refuses to go through this. You have to decide whether you can perform the surgery or will need to find an alternative method for healing.
