Hi guys - I've been going to the physio for about 7-8 weeks.
I've got mild Patello Femoral Syndrome and have been going to the physio 1-2 times a week for manipulative therapy.
From strapping, I have no pain while running, but I know the problem is far from fixed.
Is there a need for me to be visiting the physio this regularly?
