Can anyone help me with a patient of mine who suffers from ME or chronic fatigue syndrome, anyone with any experience in treating these patients and any new ideas to ease the terrible tiredness!?
More rehabilitation ideas rather than pharmaceutical advances!
Anyone also know any good links for Chronic Fatigue Syndrome info or the like?!?!

I'm sorry to say that this isn't a rehab answer, my best friend had me/ chronic fatigue for years, I don't think this is a rehab question but a systemic one. She did eventually recover, but it included changing her diet, finding out her food allergies, detoxing regularly and counselling. She however will always have to keep a tight check on her health habits and energy expenditure, she gets tired a lot quicker and overdoing it can cause her to slip back into it.
