I work in a Discharge Assessment and Response Team recently set up in Paisley, Scotland aiming to prevent admissions to hospital and facilitate supported discharge home. I am interested in contacting anyone working with or who is a Therapy Assistant ie assistants or technical instructors working with both PTs and OTs especially in similar teams.
