Transverse Myelitis curing by its own?

    Taping
Transverse Myelitis is being said to be curing by its own, the patient is having 4 power and able to move. The patient got this movement without any physiotherapy treatment. It is possible?

It has been told that it has cured by its own after only drug administration. Any suggestions is there from anyone to support this or oppose this query.Thank U
