CPD time

we are trying to sort ou oyr cpd time and was wonderinh how much time departments devote to cpd within working hours and if these are based on any recommendations.

Many depts in Australia have one week (5 days) available as study leave for CPD. This may be paid or unpaid leave although the course fees are often covered by the dept. You have to aggressively push for it though. more common is 2-3 days
