i have a patient with electrocution injury to upper limb (no burns, no entry or exit points). he is getting pain, paraesthesia and loss of active movement at shoulder, elbow, wrist and hand (full range passively but painful). he seems to be improving with exercise and gentle passive stretches (i've seen him x2) but does anyone have any experience treating these injuries - prognosis, timescale, how aggressive i can be etc.? thanks
