Hello.what is your idea about use of magnetotherapy in infertility

I would make two comments:
- has magnets been shown to be efficacious for fertility
- Is the treatment of infertility in your scope of practice?
Magnetotherapy appears to have very little evidence and what evidence is there it seems to be useless for most applications in physiotherapy and at a quikc look I could find no trials that examined magnetotherapy for infertility . As with most electrophysical agents it is very prone to placebo effects.
From a biomedical point of view we are continually exposed to effects of the earth's magnetic field and the strength of therapeutic magnetic fields is usually miniscule when compared to the power of this ever present field. The one exception is sticking people in an MRI unit and in this case the both therapeutic or harmful effects appear to be negligible. ie the biological effects of magnets appear insignificantly small. this would make sense give that life has grown up on a planet with a very strong magnetic field for it's size.
In regards to treating infertility this is a very complex conglomerate of medical conditions and where there is not just one cause. In western countries infertility falls well and truly outside our scope of practice. I would have real concerns about physios treating in this area - unless in Iran you have special training in the area - which I doubt.
